Gallery: Sadie & Jay

Sadie and Jay’s gorgeous wedding took place in the amazing setting of Bassmead Manor Barns, which is surrounded by open countryside making it the perfect place for a country/rustic styled wedding. I really loved working on the flowers for this wedding and getting the colours just right, as Sadie chose such a bold and vibrant scheme, mixing golden yellow sunflowers with coral Miss Piggy roses and antirrhinums, bright coral hypericum berries, dusky Mentha roses and touches of dainty gypsophila which helped to give the designs a rustic feel.

The bridesmaids wore dresses in a pale dusky shade very close in colour to the Mentha roses used in Sadie’s bouquet. They carried simple posies of massed gypsophila to suit the rustic scheme and touches of gypsophila were added to the other flower designs too.

My thanks to Sadie and Jay for letting me share some of their fantastic wedding photos and to the amazing Marcel Grabowski who took them!
